There is an initial Discovery Session to serve as a
foundation to the Visceral Coaching relationship. It is
11/2-2 hours in length. In it, you tell me where you
are, where you want to go and how you want to be
coached. There is a separate fee of $275 for The
Discovery Session and payment is due prior to or at the
beginning of the session.
Private Visceral Coaching sessions are 30-40 minutes in length. They take place three times per month, either on the phone or in person, done at your preference. During the session I will ask you questions designed to forward the action and/or deepen the learning of your life. There will be actions I’ll hold you accountable for so you can achieve your desired goals. The fee for Private Visceral Coaching is $450 monthly. Payment is due on or before the first of each month.
All clients receive these services as part of The Visceral Coaching Process:

+ Recordings of Visceral Sessions emailed upon request
